America the Beautiful

The 4th of July started with a family hike.  Everyone headed up to Redwoods National Park to see what it was all about.  It was gorgeous.  Most of us had never been and it was an impressive sight.  We definitely need to go back again and spend more time in the park.  We just saw a little piece of it.

 

 

There were trees to climb on, trees to climb through, trees to jump off of with cousins and banana slugs to find.  Perfect for a 3 year old boy.

 

 

 

 

 It was wonderful to have everyone together.

 

The afternoon was spent at the RV park with a good old fashioned 4th of July barbeque to finish out the day.  Perfect.

 

 

 

 

 

There was one arrest though...
