After arriving in Redwood mid-afternoon, everyone was ready to be out of the car and just hang out. We were able to spend the afternoon playing games, having fun, hanging out at the RV and doing a little firework action with poppers and sparklers. It was wonderful to hang out with all of that side of the family. We don't get to see them often enough.

A Sparkling Good Time
We left San Francisco Thursday morning to make the drive to Redwood National Park. On the way there, however, we had to stop at the redwood tree you could drive through. It was a tight squeeze in the rental car, but we made it. Carter was definitely intrigued.
