1st Hike

Carter went on his first hike over the 4th of July weekend. It is a great little trail that runs not far from the cabin and goes up to overlook the San Isabel Lake. I don't think he was very impressed though, because he fell asleep on the way up and on the way back. He did wake up for a little bit when we got to the top of the trail. I guess that is the best part any way so it worked out well for him. The 1st picture is of him before we left for the hike and the other two are at the end of the hike. Also, just for clarification, Scott is standing on a rock (that I am not) in the second picture. I haven't shrunk since having Carter. :) The third picture is below a flag that a group of people had just finished putting up at the end of the trail.
