Underwears

Scott and I decided to wait until after the crazy schedule of vacation to start on the potty training adventure with Carter.  But, although we waited until after vacation, we had been talking it up like crazy.  The big boy discussion occurred and that he could go to the store and pick out whatever kind of underwear he wanted.  Carter was so excited about it.

We headed to the store one day and Carter picked out the super hero underwear.  Or "underwears" for Carter.  Right when we got home he had to put them on...and show the fish.  The grin on his face shows how excited and proud he was. 

 

We started with Carter wearing them during the day.  A pull-up at nap time and bed time were still necessary and we were fine with that.  We could get one thing set before starting the next.  Carter took to potty training quickly and we haven't looked back.  Since starting, he has only had a couple accidents.
